Discover Protein A and Protein G Magnetics Beads Agarose Beads (25%). These beads are coated with agarose and have a superparamagnetic core, which allows a simple, fast and efficient method for antibody capture and purification. These products are used in downstream processes for immunoprecipitation (IP), co-immunoprecipitation(Co-IP), chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP), and small-scale IgG purifications.
ABT also added Streptavidin 6HC Agarose Resin to our catalog. This product has been developed to perform purification of biotinylated biomolecules. Streptavidin is a tetrameric protein containing four biotin-binding sites and is immobilized on a highly crosslinked beaded agarose.

Nickel Rapid Run™
Nickel chelate resins recognize two exposed histidines for an appreciable retention of a protein and it is recommended in the majority of the cases. This resin works well with relatively easy to separate His-tagged proteins. Nickel Rapid Run™ provides the advantages of the Nickel cation with the high flow rates of the Rapid Run™ beads. It is specially designed for large scale His-tagged protein purifications.
